You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number after you place an order. This number should be referenced when contacting us with any questions. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.</p>
<h3>Domestic Shipping</h3>
<p>We ship all merchandise FedEx Ground.</p>
<p>Our standard shipping rates for domestic purchases are:<br />
One shirt – $5.99 <br />
Two shirts – $6.99 <br />
Three shirts – $8.99<br />
Four or more shirts – free shipping</p>
<p>We ship FedEx Second Day for all expedited orders. $7.99 is added for all expedited orders.</p>
<h3>International Shipping</h3>
<p>International shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service and are charged a fee of $30.00 for up to 5 t-shirts. For orders of more than 5 t-shirts, a fee of $50.00 will be charged<br />
Please allow 4-6 weeks for international deliveries. The customer is responsible for all duties and/or taxes incurred upon delivery.</p>
<h3>Returns and Exchanges</h3>
<p>You may return any unworn nopooh purchase within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund of your purchase price less $10.00 shipping cost.</p>
<p>You will receive an email acknowledgement of your return.</p>
<p>Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unworn merchandise is accepted for exchange. In the case of a defect, nopooh will pay for the replacement’s shipping. For all other exchanges, a $10.00 shipping charge will be assessed. Please indicate method of payment with exchange. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your exchange.</p>
